Create brief

Commission A2 (brief-driven) or A3 (writer-led) content. A clear brief is the basis for an ~80% draft — the writer selects, edits, and finalises the version that becomes P1.

Every brief is for a specific magazine title, issue, and content slot (pages on the flatplan).

Pre-fills fields from demo briefs already in the library (you can edit before saving).

Used when generating the first draft from the brief.
Shown on the article draft screen so writers see visual context.
Upload one or more files (max 50MB each): mp3, mp4, docx, xlsx, pdf, md, txt.

What happens next

  1. Brief appears in Brief library — searchable by type and method.
  2. Planner or writer opens Create article from brief (~80% draft target).
  3. Editor reviews prompts and output; writer picks the version to finalise as P1.
  4. Approved P1 can cascade as P2 / P3 on other issues.
