Row should be green / filled — not a blank open slot. **Do not** invent a new article on Cover/TOC or an untemplated spare slot for the layout/cascade tests below. Expect **Health cascade 1** heading, giver + receiver cards/table. 3. Status should show receivers **dropped** (or equivalent “in”) for B–E. 4. Fast path: open Tasks and Accept an existing **Create Article** for a health/feature row that already has BA+layout. If creating new: 1. Only use a slot that already has BA + layout in blueprint (ask Stephen if unsure). 2. Title: `Kit test YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM` 3.
